Pay Rate $ 18

Duties:

• The Companion is responsible for providing routine functions such as bathing, feeding, bed making and assisting patients with activities of daily living under the supervision of a RN.

• Responsible for selected patient care duties and support activities as assigned.

  
  

Skills:

• Ability to read, write, understand and speak English in a clear and concise manner.

• Visual and aural acuity to assess patient within parameters of job responsibilities.

• Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals.

• Oriented to consumer satisfaction.

• Physical stamina, manual dexterity to perform a variety of tasks and skills in area of Assignment.

• Ability to lift/move heavy object/patients with or without reasonable accommodations

  
  

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Proof of full vaccination required
